At Everon Herbs, we want every order to reach you safely and in the correct condition. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Eligible Returns

• The product received is materially different from what was ordered
Please provide clear photos or a video of the parcel and product when reporting an issue.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed herbal products, capsules, powders, oils, honey, and other consumable products generally cannot be returned unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind may not be accepted for consumable or personal-care products. Please review the product information carefully before placing your order.
Results & Effectiveness
Individual results from herbal and wellness products may vary. A refund cannot be guaranteed solely because a product did not provide the results a customer expected.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed using an available payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is required because Everon Herbs sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will review the return-shipping arrangement with you.
For other approved returns, return delivery charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Refusal
Customers are requested to confirm orders carefully before dispatch. Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may affect eligibility for future COD orders.
