Shipping Charges
• Free delivery on orders of Rs. 1,500 or more
• Shipping charges may apply to orders below Rs. 1,500 and will be shown at checkout
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation. Please make sure your name, phone number, city, and complete delivery address are entered correctly to avoid delays.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within a few working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your city, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or remote-area accessibility.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across Pakistan. Please keep the payable amount ready when your parcel arrives.
Remote Areas
Orders to remote or less accessible locations may take longer than usual. In some areas, delivery availability may depend on the courier service operating there.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Everon Herbs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver because the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, or refuses the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us.
Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear pictures or video of the parcel and products so our team can review the issue.
